Here are seven steps to help you climb aboard and stay there:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 1. Seek guidance<\/strong> from other writers in your quest to rediscover excitement for your writing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 2. List your positive qualities as a writer<\/strong>. Place the list in a prominent place where you can review it daily.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 3. Reignite your enthusiasm for the project.<\/strong> Accept that the fire has died, and choose to light a match to your inspiration.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        *Discover the original enthusiasm you felt about the project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        *Identify three things you like about it. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        *Explore what you don\u2019t like about it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 4.<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>Analyze what caused your discouragement.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        *The idea might need more plot, information, editing, research, or resources.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        *You may have learned about a similar writing project, and the thought of changing yours feels depressing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        *A looming deadline might make finishing the project feel overwhelming.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        *The project might require a total rewrite.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        *Schedule time every day to work on the project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
