Join is in a rousing \u2018Yeehaw!\u2019 as we celebrate this fabulous list of winners. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Varsha Bajaj<\/strong> has received high accolades for her book Thirst<\/em>, which was recognized on the ALA\u2019s YALSA (Young Adult Library Services Association) 2023 Best Fiction for Young Adults<\/a> list as well as the Texas Bluebonnet Award Master List<\/a>. The Texas Bluebonnet Award committee looked at 1018 books before deciding to honor Thirst <\/em>along with 19 other books. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n My Two Border Towns<\/em> by David Bowles<\/strong> won Texas State University\u2019s Tom\u00e1s Rivera Mexican American Children\u2019s Book Award for 2022<\/a>.
