SPOT is a recommended reading list developed by public and school librarians from the <a href=\"https:\/\/txla.org\/\" style=\"color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Texas Library Association<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s (TLA) <a href=\"https:\/\/txla.org\/tla-groups\/tla-round-tables\/young-adult-round-table\/about\/\" style=\"color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Young Adult Round Table (YART)<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"color:#000000\">.
